Luiz Bellotti Gimenez is the founder and CEO of Gimenez, B.L. Office. Attorney-at-law, admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Chapter (OAB/SP 268,536). Historian with professional registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (0000554/SP).

Master’s candidate in the Social Function of Law, FADISP. Specialist in Civil Law, PUCMINAS. Specialization in Pedagogy and Management, PUCPR. MBA in School Management, USP. Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of History.

Member of the Brazilian College of Genealogy and the Brazilian Association of History and Genealogy Researchers.

He has legal experience in Civil Law, particularly in Contracts, Family Law, Succession Law, and Condominium Law. He has experience in asset management, real estate management, and condominium management. Furthermore, drawing on his background in Law and History, he has experience in genealogical research as a tool for succession law practice, specifically in identifying potential heirs to estates and assets in Brazil and abroad.
